What are the Additional Usage Fees?
Texting: 0.0119 per segment ($10 equals about 840 segments)
Email: 0.000945 per email ($10 equals about 10580 emails)
Phone: approximately .017 per minute
What the heck is a texting "segment"?
Typically, a segment consists of 160 characters or less. So, sending a text message 300 characters in length would be considered 2 segments. Emoji's, images, GIFs, etc often count more than a single character (how much varies).
*Already have a Twilio or Mailgun account? No problem ... you're welcome to use your own account.
Will Order Integration work for my brand?
As long as you receive an order confirmation email (from your brand) when one of your customers places an order ... Order Integration will work. (We'll set this up for you).
Every brand varies a bit in how detailed the customer order confirmations are. Typical confirmations include customer name, customer email, customer phone, order date, products ordered, and the subtotal.
What number will be used for texting?
During your set up and onboarding session we'll guide you through selecting a phone number for use with Network Marketer Pro. You'll have the opportunity to search for and choose from numbers consistent with your area code.
All of your text conversations can be managed directly in Network Marketer Pro (whether you're on a desktop, laptop, tablet ... or mobile device)

If you already have a domain (www.yourdomain.com), you're welcome to use it.
If not, it's super simple to get one, and we'll be happy to walk you step by step through the process during your onboarding and training call(s).
How much support is available?

1. Does BG Pro use my email and phone number?
No. We'll set you up with a phone number, and email address for everything that runs through BG Pro. This is great because it keeps your personal info, private.
All texts, calls, etc to your BG Pro number come to your phone through our app, and you can sync email conversations with your current email (so you don't have to manage an additional emaill account).
4. Can I cancel my account anytime?
Yes.
2. Are there extra charges for email and texting?
There are no additional charges for email.
There are usage fees associated with text messaging and phone calls with your BG Pro number. These are explained in detail in the monthly pricing and set up fee section.
5. Can I Cancel My Account At Any Time?
