- an agent

- a representative of Network Marketer Pro

You are solely responsible for:

- all communications

- marketing practices

- income claims

- compliance with laws

3. No Control Over User Activity

We do not:

- review messages

- approve campaigns

- verify consent

- monitor compliance

All content sent through the platform is your responsibility.

4. User Content & License

You retain ownership of content you create.

However, you grant Network Marketer Pro a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

- use

- store

- process

- display

…your content solely to operate and improve the Service.

We may use anonymized and aggregated data to improve functionality.

5. AI-Generated Content

The platform may include AI-powered features.

You acknowledge:

- AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or non-compliant

- AI content is generated automatically

- you are fully responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content

Network Marketer Pro is not responsible for:

- errors in AI outputs

- legal violations from AI-generated messages

- business outcomes resulting from AI use

6. Compliance With Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to:

- TCPA (text messaging)

- CAN-SPAM

- FTC advertising laws

- state and international regulations

You must obtain proper consent before sending communications.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party providers (e.g., messaging carriers, email services, integrations).

We are not responsible for:

- outages

- message filtering

- delivery failures

- account bans

- third-party policy changes

8. Payments & Subscriptions

All fees are:

- non-refundable unless otherwise stated

- billed according to your selected plan

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

9. Account Security

You are responsible for:

- maintaining account confidentiality

- all activity under your account

We are not liable for unauthorized access.

10. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to:

- send spam or unsolicited messages

- violate laws

- make deceptive or false claims

- engage in harassment or fraud

Violation may result in immediate termination.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Network Marketer Pro from any claims arising from:

- messages sent through the platform

- marketing activities

- AI-generated content

- violations of TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or other laws

- user business practices

This includes legal fees and damages.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Network Marketer Pro is not liable for:

- user actions

- compliance violations

- lost profits

- data loss

- business outcomes

Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous 3 months.

13. No Professional Advice

The Service does not provide:

- legal advice

- financial advice

- marketing guarantees

All decisions are your responsibility.

14. Service Availability

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

We make no guarantees regarding:

- uptime

- reliability

- delivery rates

15. Arbitration

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

You waive the right to:

- lawsuits

- jury trials

- class actions

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

Continued use constitutes acceptance.
