1. Overview

These Affiliate / Promoter Terms (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the Network Marketer Pro Affiliate Program (“Program”).

By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms.

Network Marketer Pro (“Company,” “we,” “us”) reserves the right to approve, deny, or remove any Affiliate at its sole discretion.

2. Independent Contractor

Affiliates operate as independent contractors.

You are NOT:

- an employee

- an agent

- a partner

- a representative of Network Marketer Pro

You have no authority to bind the Company.

3. Affiliate Links & Commissions

Affiliates receive a unique referral link (“Affiliate Link”) used to track referrals.

Commissions are earned only when:

- a valid purchase is completed

- payment is successfully processed

- the transaction is not refunded, disputed, or reversed

All commissions are paid in USD.

4. Tracking & Attribution Disclaimer

Affiliate tracking is managed through third-party systems, including FirstPromoter.

You acknowledge that:

- tracking relies on cookies and technical systems

- tracking may fail or be inaccurate

- referrals may not always be attributed correctly

Network Marketer Pro is not responsible for:

- lost referrals

- tracking errors

- overwritten cookies

- technical issues

All commission determinations are final.

5. Commission Eligibility & Adjustments

We reserve the absolute right to:

- approve or deny any commission

- determine eligibility of transactions

- modify commission rates or structures at any time

No commissions are paid on:

- refunded transactions

- chargebacks

- fraudulent or invalid purchases

If commissions have already been paid on refunded transactions, we may:

- deduct from future payouts

- request repayment

6. Payout Terms

Payouts are issued monthly

Payments are made via PayPal

Payout timing may range from 30–60 days after the qualifying transaction.

We are not responsible for:

- delays caused by payment processors

- incorrect payment details provided by Affiliates

7. Fraud, Abuse & Payment Withholding

We reserve the right to withhold, reverse, or deny commissions if we determine, at our sole discretion, that:

- fraudulent activity has occurred

- self-referrals or artificial transactions are used

- the system has been manipulated

- leads or purchases are not legitimate

We may delay payouts for investigation or verification purposes.

8. Affiliate Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

- your marketing activities

- compliance with all laws

- accuracy of claims made

You must:

- provide accurate account information

- maintain account security

- ensure proper setup of your Affiliate Link

9. Marketing & Legal Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including:

- FTC advertising guidelines

- CAN-SPAM Act

- TCPA and messaging laws

You must:

- obtain proper consent before sending messages

- include required disclosures

- avoid misleading or deceptive marketing

Example disclosure:


“This is an affiliate link. I may earn a commission if you purchase.”

10. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

- send spam or unsolicited messages

- make false or misleading claims

- guarantee income or results

- impersonate Network Marketer Pro

- use deceptive funnels or marketing

- engage in harassment, fraud, or illegal activity

- register domains or social accounts using our brand name

- bid on branded keywords (if restricted)

- refer yourself using your own Affiliate Link

Violation may result in termination and forfeiture of commissions.

11. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content remain the property of Network Marketer Pro.

You are granted a limited, revocable license to use approved materials for promotion only.

You may not:

- modify brand assets

- misrepresent ownership

- use content outside permitted scope

12. No Earnings Guarantees

Network Marketer Pro makes no guarantees regarding:

- income

- sales performance

- business results

All results depend on individual effort.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Network Marketer Pro is not liable for:

- lost commissions

- tracking failures

- payment delays

- business losses

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Network Marketer Pro from any claims arising from:

- your marketing activities

- violations of laws

- misleading claims

- affiliate promotions

15. Termination

We may terminate your participation at any time, with or without notice.

Upon termination:

- unpaid commissions may be forfeited if violations occurred

- affiliate access may be revoked

16. No Exclusivity

Participation in the Program does not grant:

- exclusive rights

- territory rights

- guaranteed promotion

17. Tax Responsibility

Affiliates are solely responsible for:

- reporting income

- paying all applicable taxes

18. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA.

19. Updates

We may update this Agreement at any time.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance.

20. Acceptance

By participating in the Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that:

- you have read and understand these Terms

- you accept full responsibility for your activities

- you agree to comply with all applicable laws
