4. Opt-Out Compliance

5. Record Keeping

You must maintain:

- proof of consent

- opt-in records

- opt-out records

6. Automation Responsibility

Automated messages are considered messages sent by you.

7. TCPA Liability

You are fully responsible for all TCPA compliance.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Network Marketer Pro from any messaging-related claims.

9. Enforcement

Violations may result in:

- suspension

- termination
