    You are solely responsible for all communications sent through the platform (this includes virtual assistants operating on your behalf).

    2. Consent Requirements

    You must obtain:

    • prior express written consent for SMS
    • valid consent for email marketing

    Purchased or scraped lists are prohibited.

    3. Required Disclosures

    Messages must include:

    • sender identity
    • opt-out instructions
    • message frequency (if recurring)

    4. Opt-Out Compliance

    You must honor opt-out requests immediately.

    5. Record Keeping

    You must maintain:

    • proof of consent
    • opt-in records
    • opt-out records

    6. Automation Responsibility

    Automated messages are considered messages sent by you.

    7. TCPA Liability

    You are fully responsible for all TCPA compliance.

    8. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify Network Marketer Pro from any messaging-related claims.

    9. Enforcement

    Violations may result in:

    • suspension
    • termination
